Tubeology Patent

Tubeology is so unique we had to patent it. There is no other system like this and so to protect the technology it has been patented in the UK and is currently being patented in 140 countries world-wide. Our patent covers the tube flies, spin flies, spinners and flying c's all based around the tubes, its different combinations and the components that make up the system patent number 0908278.5

This allows us to continue expansion of the Tubeology range. We already have a product rollmap extending over the next 2 years of additions to the Tubeology system that will extend it further!

Tubeology Trademarks

The trademark words "Tubeology" and the fish logo "tubie" have also been registered as Trademarks for protection. These may only be used by registered dealers with permission in writing from Tubeology Limited.
